This e-mail has been quite a long time coming - but Brett and I wanted to let you know how much we really appreciate everything you did to help us out in buying a house.  We really felt like we could trust you and your advice, knowing that you were not just trying to sell us something, but wanted us to have a home that we would call ours.  From being willing to meet the couple from Iowa, to picking us up at our hotel, driving us around the area, buying us lunch, (and numerous Mt. Dew's!), to answering our multiple phone calls and e-mails - we are thankful!  We always felt like we could ask you any question and if you did not know the answer, you would find out from someone.  We knew virtually nothing about the home buying process, but through it all we felt like you were taking care of us (like the home inspection, mortgage work, etc). 

And to top all of that - in the few weeks after we bought the house before we actually moved, you mowed the lawn, cleaned the gutters and fixed up the yard, as well as let us borrow tools!  We definitely picked the right realtor to assist us in buying a home.  You made the whole processes as stress free as possible (that coming from the person who gets stressed easily!)  We love our home and the neighborhood we live in.  Thank you :) 

On a side note - we now have electricity to the garage!  After some digging and investigating, Brett found out that when they built the fence and put in the post, they cut right through the electric wire.....go figure.  So, we dug a trench and put in new wire, and voila - we have electricity!
